Return

Generally, the return and exchange of products purchased in PROZRTED are unused，and can be returned within 14 days after the product arrives.  In each case, you must provide order information and the photo of the item , then contact us through info@prozrted.com.

* If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please note. If the product is defective Within 30 days after the arrival of the product, the price of the product (including tax) and shipping charges will be fully refunded or exchanged for the same product. After 30 days, parts will be replaced or partially refunded.

* We will bear the shipping costs for return and resend. In addition, if the product cannot be replaced due to production completion or limited products, we may request a refund even if you request replacement.

At the customer’s convenience

If you want to return the product due to the customer’s convenience, for example, when the product picture is different, when ordering other products or ordering the wrong number of products, please accept the return within 14 days after the product arrives. In this case, please pay the return shipping fee.

* In the following cases, we don’t accept returns:

1、The existing packaging is opened or damaged

2、Repack the product to intentionally damage it

3、The product label was removed

4、Others, the product itself has used marks

5、The product (including all accessories and warranty) is missing

Refund / return method

We have a number of overseas warehouse addresses in the United States. You can get the nearest overseas warehouse address by contacting us in advance. In order to speed up the progress of your return refund. And please send it back to the address where the support staff will guide you. After confirming that the returned product arrives, we will process the refund. However, if due to the customer’s convenience, the refund is refunded by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deducted.
